Villa Soler de Baix is a charming and bright property, ideal for enjoying a family holiday in a natural and peaceful environment. With three comfortable bedrooms equipped with air conditioning, a private pool and surrounded by virgin nature, this villa offers the perfect refuge for those seeking to relax under the sun. Its location is excellent, near Pollensa and the beautiful sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa.

The villa stands out for its spacious outdoor areas, with well-maintained gardens, lawn and terraces, which invite you to enjoy the outdoors. The interior has been carefully decorated to create a bright and welcoming atmosphere, with open spaces that provide a sense of spaciousness and comfort. The villa is built on a single floor, which facilitates access. It is accessed through elegant iron doors, flanked by a driveway adorned with oleanders.

Inside, there is a spacious living-dining room with large sliding doors offering panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The living room is furnished with two comfortable sofas and cushions, and the teak dining table is perfect for enjoying a family meal. Next to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with access to a covered terrace, which has a teak table and chairs, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors, alongside an independent barbecue.

To the left of the entrance, a corridor with built-in wardrobes leads to two double bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes, a courtesy toilet and a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

For the safety of children, the pool is completely enclosed.

The villa also offers free air conditioning during the following time slots: from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Important information to consider:

In case of key loss or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will be applied for waste management.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
