This wonderful stone villa is located on the outskirts (500 metres) of the much-loved and historic old town of Pollensa, a place filled with art galleries, first-class restaurants and many tapas bars and typical cafés. With 3 bedrooms, a large pool and impressive views, Can Colom can accommodate up to 6 people.
Inside, there is a charming mix of carefully selected rustic and contemporary furniture, as well as many unique hand-forged iron accessories. Can Colom is built on a single floor. The kitchen, tastefully decorated, is well-equipped and features exposed beam ceilings, stone tile floors, and direct access to the covered terrace. It also has a lovely breakfast table and wooden chairs. The dining room, also with beam ceilings, has a large wooden table and a typical Mallorcan chandelier. An arch with columns leads to the bright and sunny living room with a huge window offering panoramic views of the pool and the famous Puig de Maria. Also on the ground floor is a double room, with traditional stone tile floors and ceilings, a private bathroom, and a truly wonderful iron bed. There are two other bedrooms with twin beds that share a large built-in bathroom. There is also a bathroom on this level. Air conditioning in the rooms is available free of charge during a fixed schedule, between 8 [hidden] and 2 [hidden] to 4 [hidden]
The large glass doors lead from the lounge to the fabulous wraparound covered terrace, furnished with a wicker table and chairs for relaxing, and a large table and chairs at the front of the pool, for outdoor dining. The private pool, with many sunbathing areas, enjoys stunning views and features a waterfall effect for even more enjoyment.
POOL: 9 m wide x 4.5 m (1.2 m deep x 1.8 m) with Roman steps and water spraying system.
Information to take into account:
In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.
The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for registering all guests.
The tourist tax is included in the rates.
