The Kerbiscart residence enjoys a prime location, making this 108m² duplex a very pleasant place to stay. Located on the second and top floor, this apartment comprises an entrance hall, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and small freezer) opening onto a balcony with sea views, a dining room also with a balcony overlooking the sea, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a bathroom, and a separate WC. Upstairs, the mezzanine features a lounge/TV area and a sleeping area (single bed), a bedroom (double bed) with a skylight offering sea views, and a small shower room. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, a small electric barbecue, a cot, and a high chair. A garage is available, but access is difficult and it is only suitable for a small car.
*Cleaning: We require that the rubbish bins, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles must be taken to the designated recycling containers in town. If you choose the linen option, it must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed.
