It features a large, unfenced outdoor area (1000 m²) with a south-facing terrace and a north-facing garden. There is also an open carport. On-site amenities include: table tennis, basketball hoop, swing set, pétanque court, and sandpit.
Ground floor: living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen (Senseo pod coffee machine), one bedroom (double bed 140x190 cm) with en-suite shower room/WC, laundry room, and separate WC.
