Americas II Holiday Home is an extraordinary duplex in the well-known and quiet Parque Santiago I complex. Located in a unique enclave and on the seafront, just 150 meters away from the charming promenade. The cozy terrace overlooks the pedestrian area and the Atlantic Ocean is partially visible. Its proximity to the sea guarantees a pleasant fresh breeze throughout the day. Given its privileged location next to the promenade, you can stroll along the coast whenever you want, without having to use a car. In its vicinity there are many restaurants with all kinds of cuisine, both national and international, as well as supermarkets, shopping centers, banks, pharmacies, hairdressers, churches, cinemas, bars and beaches.
