A beautiful place to discover, for a vacation surrounded by nature, relaxation, and regional discoveries. In Planay, Côte-d'Or, nestled near beautiful tourist sites such as Fontenay Abbey, this welcoming house invites you to enjoy a peaceful and friendly stay. Designed to accommodate up to 5 people, it offers a beautiful living space spread over two levels.

On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, dining room/living room with a fireplace (wood provided upon arrival, then €10/basket) and flat-screen TV, as well as a bathroom and separate toilet.
Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms await you: one with a 160cm bed, the other, which can accommodate three people, with a 140cm bed and an 80x190cm bed.

In the fully enclosed garden, the charm is at its best: enjoy a garden furniture set in the shade of the awning, ideal for a meal or an aperitif.

Under the barn, a superbly furnished area (furniture/charcoal barbecue) will allow you to share moments with friends and relax in a private spa.

The spa, available from April 1st to September 30th, must be reserved in advance for the duration of your stay. Only the electricity costs are payable on site: €5/day in July and August. For other periods, add €10 for start-up.

Oil-fired central heating included. Everything has been designed for your comfort: bed linen, towels, and household linen are provided, and end-of-stay cleaning is included.

Your four-legged friends are welcome (maximum 2) with a €50 deposit per pet.

Private parking in front of the cottage for 3 cars. Secure storage for bicycles and motorcycles. A library, games for children and adults, 2 bicycles available, and pétanque balls are available on site.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
