A beautiful place to discover, for a holiday combining nature, relaxation, and regional exploration. In Planay, Côte-d’Or, nestled near beautiful tourist sites like Fontenay Abbey, this welcoming house invites you to enjoy a peaceful and convivial stay. Designed to accommodate up to 5 people and 1 baby, it offers a lovely living space spread over two levels.

On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining/living room with a fireplace (wood provided upon arrival, then €10 per basket) and a flat-screen TV, as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms await you: one with a queen-size bed (160 cm), the other accommodating three people with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (80 x 190 cm).

In the fully enclosed garden, the charm is undeniable: enjoy the garden furniture in the shade of the awning, ideal for a meal or an aperitif. Under the barn, a superb furnished area allows you to share moments with friends (furniture/charcoal barbecue) and relax in a private spa.

The spa, available from April 1st to September 30th, must be reserved in advance for the duration of your stay. Only the electricity costs are payable on site: €5/day in July and August. For other periods, add €10 for activation.

Oil-fired central heating is included. Everything is designed for your comfort: bed linen, towels, and household linen are provided, and end-of-stay cleaning is included.

Your four-legged companions are welcome (maximum 2) with a €50 deposit per animal.

Private parking in front of the cottage for 3 cars. Secure storage for bicycles and motorcycles. On-site amenities include a library, games for all ages, two bicycles, pétanque balls and rackets...
