Ideally located for exploring the Valley of the Lakes, the Route des Crêtes (Crest Road), or for a short break in Alsace. Groceries and a doctor are 3 km away. GROUND FLOOR: Ground-floor living room with fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, electric coffee maker, pressure cooker, and crockery), dining area with table and chairs for 6 people, and a relaxation area with sofa, small table, fireplace, and TV. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (160/200). Shower room. Separate WC. FIRST FLOOR: 2 bedrooms: Bedroom 2 with 1 double bed (140x190cm), Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds (90x190cm). Storage room with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, upstairs.
Electric heating. Terrace. Garden. Utilities not included (additional charge based on meter reading according to consumption, beyond the 8 kWh included per day | EDF rate: €0.25 per kWh).
