The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area opening onto the terrace, a spacious living room, a shower room (large walk-in shower, washbasin), and a separate toilet. For sleeping, there is a twin bedroom (two 90x190cm beds), a double bedroom (one 140x190cm bed), and a king-size bedroom with a 180x200cm bed that can be configured as two 90x200cm beds. Outside, there is a balcony/terrace with garden furniture (a secure area with a safety gate for young children), an awning, a barbecue, and a nearly 1000m² garden comprising a lawn with sun loungers and a gravel area with parking for several vehicles (in addition to the garage provided). Beds will be made upon your arrival, and utilities (electricity and heating) are included in the price of your stay. A €60 cleaning deposit is required in addition to the cottage security deposit. Tourist attractions include fishing, swimming in the lake, hiking in the forest, cycling on the bike path, and golf. Located in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Regional Natural Park (5 km from the lake), 25 km from Troyes, 5 km from Lac d'Orient, and 3 km from Piney. The "A la croisée des Lacs" cottage is a detached house (on a raised ground floor) on enclosed grounds, situated on a working grain farm. For the enjoyment of children, a few chickens and sheep can be seen near the cottage.
