This cottage is located in a very quiet hamlet in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Regional Natural Park, at the foot of a hill with a remarkable panoramic view. At your disposal: a living/dining room, an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed), one bedroom (two single beds), a shower room, and two toilets. Beds are made up and towels are provided. Utilities are included in the rental price. Firewood is available at an extra cost. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: fishing, swimming in the lake, walks in the forest and on the cycle path. 25 km from Troyes, 5 km from Lac d'Orient, and 3 km from Piney. A typical detached Champagne-style house situated on enclosed grounds.

The price includes: gas heating, electricity, bed linen, and table linen.

The price does not include: firewood for the fireplace and end-of-stay cleaning.
