The cottage is self-contained, single-story, and surrounded by a large, unfenced garden. A hallway leads to the fully equipped kitchen, the living room (TV, DVD player, sofa bed), and one bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed. A baby crib and high chair are also available. Bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a separate toilet.

Enclosed terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Pets not allowed.

The cottages are located in the Morvan Regional Natural Park, in a hamlet in the village of Pierre Perthuis, famous for its bridges and pierced rock, featured in numerous films. Near Vezelay (a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with its Basilica of Sainte Marie Madeleine and vineyards). Also close to the castles of Bazoches (Vauban's castle), Chastellux, and the medieval towns of Avallon and Noyers-sur-Serein. 5 km from Saint-Père (Gothic church, Gallo-Roman site of Fontaines-Salées, and water sports on the Cure River).
