In the Morvan Regional Natural Park, this detached, single-story cottage is surrounded by a large, unfenced garden. A hallway leads to the fully equipped kitchen, the open-plan living/dining room (TV, DVD player, sofa bed), and one bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm). A cot and high chair are also available. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a separate toilet.

The enclosed terrace features garden furniture and a barbecue. Pets are not allowed.

The cottage is located in the Morvan Regional Natural Park, in a hamlet of the village of Pierre Perthuis, famous for its bridges and its pierced rock, featured in numerous films. It is also close to Vézelay (a UNESCO World Heritage Site, home to the Basilica of Sainte Marie Madeleine and its vineyards). Also close to the castles of Bazoches (Vauban castle), Chastellux, and the medieval towns of Avallon and Noyers-sur-Serein. 5 km from Saint-Père (Gothic church, Gallo-Roman site of Fontaines Salées, and water sports on the Cure River).
