First half-floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 cm + 1 single bed 90x190 cm + 1 cot). Second half-floor: 1 bedroom (1 queen bed 160x190 cm + 1 single bed 90x190 cm + 1 cot), bathroom and separate WC.
Second floor (towards the mezzanine, blue room): 1 double bed 140x190 cm + 1 single bed 90x190 cm and a mezzanine converted into a relaxation room (pool table and foosball). CD player and radio.
Enclosed 600 m² grounds, covered shelter. Pets not allowed.
Ideally located 6 km from Vézelay and 15 km from Avallon.

Oil-fired central heating is extra: €7 to €11 per day depending on the season. Electricity is extra (8 kWh included per day).

Take the A6 motorway, exit 22 Avallon and then direction Vézelay (D957). In Pontaubert, take direction Pierre-Perthuis, cross Island, Menades, still direction Pierre-Perthuis. When arriving in Précy-le-Moult, turn left and the cottage is in the middle of the hamlet, opposite the well and the cross.
