Village in the heart of a Natura 2000 protected area, ideally located between Avallon and Clamecy. Independent cottage in the heart of the village, situated in the Morvan Regional Natural Park.

Raised ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor: kitchen/living room and bathroom with toilet. Upstairs: one bedroom (one double bed and two single beds) plus a cot and high chair. Open courtyard of 600 m² and open garden of approximately 2000 m².

Fishing and swimming nearby in the Cure and Cousin rivers. The cottage is located 10 minutes from Vézelay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with its Basilica of Sainte Marie-Madeleine. The cottage is also located 5 minutes from St Père-sous-Vézelay with its Gothic church and water sports center, 10 minutes from the Château de Bazoches, and 30 minutes from the village where Marshal Vauban, Saint Léger Vauban, was born (a museum retraces his life and his constructions). The village is in the heart of a Natura 2000 protected area. Hiking trails (GR13) are nearby.

Maximum 1 pet allowed (open courtyard and grounds). Oil-fired central heating (not included). Firewood is free or available for an additional fee if consumption is high.
