Village in the heart of a Natura 2000 protected area, ideally located between Avallon and Clamecy. Detached house adjoining a barn, situated in the Morvan Regional Natural Park.

Ground floor: Kitchen, living/dining room. First floor: Mezzanine and 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are adjoining (2 double beds, 2 single beds) + 2 cots and baby equipment. Bathroom with toilet. Direct access to the 800 m² unfenced garden.

Fishing and swimming nearby between the Cure and Cousin rivers. Cottage located 10 minutes from Vézelay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with its Basilica of Sainte Marie-Madeleine; 5 minutes from Saint-Père-sous-Vézelay with its Gothic church and water sports center; 10 minutes from the Château de Bazoches, where Marshal Vauban lived; and 30 minutes from the village of Saint-Léger-Vauban, his birthplace (a museum retraces his life and his buildings). Hiking trails (GR13). Maximum 1 pet allowed.
