Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the Guédelon medieval construction site, the Château de St Fargeau and its historical reenactments, the Colette Museum in St-Sauveur, and the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, and Ménetou-Salon. This independent cottage, with its private garden, is located in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops, and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire. It is situated within a former 18th and 19th-century farmhouse. The owners live on the property but ensure privacy. Parking is available on the property, as well as a garage or covered shelter. The private garden is not fenced and includes garden furniture and a relaxation area under a pergola.

The cottage comprises an entrance hall, a 45 m² living area (lounge, dining room, and kitchen) with access to a 1000 m² private garden (relaxation and dining area with barbecue and griddle), a shower room with toilet, a ground-floor bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, a first-floor bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, and a home office with a desk and printer on the landing (Wi-Fi and fiber optic internet). The laundry room is located in the building opposite the cottage (washing machine, dryer, clothes rack).

One pet is welcome free of charge.

All-inclusive package: bed linen with beds made upon arrival, household and towel linens provided, heating, electricity, and firewood included (subject to responsible consumption), end-of-stay cleaning included. No need to bring basic supplies; they are provided.

Bicycles are available for your use free of charge during your stay.
