This peaceful detached house with a basement has been beautifully renovated. A very large, unfenced garden offers a great place to relax, play soccer or basketball, and a communal walking path runs alongside the garden. The garage is at your disposal, as is the basement room with the foosball table. A ping-pong table is also available. Upstairs, a fully equipped kitchen is separate from the living room. There is a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. There is one bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm), one bedroom with a queen-size bed, and one bedroom with a queen-size electric bed (160x200cm). Ideally located, 5km from Donzy and its wine cellars and oil mill, close to the medieval Guédelon construction site and the Château de Saint Fargeau with its shows, not to mention the Pouilly and Sancerre vineyards and the pottery in Saint Amand-en-Puisaye.
Options and charges:
Electricity and heating are additional, depending on the meter reading, for uses above 8 kWh/day.
Optional bed linen: €7 for a single bed and €14 for a double bed.
Optional towels: €5/person.
Optional end-of-stay cleaning: €60 (may also be charged if the cottage is not left in good condition).
