In the heart of Berry, near the Creuse and Cher departments, a stone's throw from Sainte-Sévère and 15 minutes from La Châtre and Châteaumeillant.
The Sidiailles water sports center is 15 minutes away (swimming, water sports, etc.). There is also a water skiing center in Pouligny Notre Dame.

On-site amenities include a 4,000 m² property, a farmyard, a paddock for horses, a swing set, a trampoline, a ping-pong table, and bicycles for children. The property features secure parking with an electric gate. There are three guest rooms, including a family suite, in a separate stone building.
