In the heart of the Berry region, near the Creuse and Cher departments, a stone's throw from Sainte-Sévère and 15 minutes from La Châtre and Châteaumeillant. The Sidailles water sports center is 15 minutes away (swimming, water sports, etc.). Water skiing is available at Pouligny Notre Dame.

On-site amenities include a 4,000 m² property, a farmyard, a paddock for horses, a swing set, a trampoline, a ping-pong table, and bicycles for children. The detached stone house features a private terrace and parking with an automatic gate.

The ground floor comprises a beautiful living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge (with fireplace), and direct access to the terrace through French doors. There is also a WC, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, and a private shower room and WC (accessible from the outside).

Upstairs: a suite accessible via the first staircase (one double bed) with a shower room and toilet. On the other side of the house, another staircase leads to two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds), a shower room (walk-in shower), and a toilet.

Electric underfloor heating (metered).

End-of-stay cleaning, bed linens, and towels are included in the price.
