Description of the accommodation

Gite Pérassay, 3 bedrooms, 6 persons - FR-1-591-152

In the heart of the Berry region, near the Creuse and Cher departments, a stone's throw from Sainte-Sévère and 15 minutes from La Châtre and Châteaumeillant.

The Sidiailles water sports center is 15 minutes away (swimming, water sports, etc.).

On-site amenities include a 4,000 m² property with a farmyard, a paddock for horses, a swing set, a trampoline, a ping-pong table, and bicycles for children. The detached stone house features a private terrace and parking with an automatic gate.

The ground floor comprises a beautiful living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and lounge (with fireplace), and direct access to the terrace through French doors – a WC.

Upstairs: a suite accessible via the first staircase (1 double bed)/shower room and toilet. On the other side of the house, another staircase leads to two bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds) - shower room (walk-in shower)/toilet.

Low-temperature electric underfloor heating (charged according to consumption).
Bed and breakfast rooms on the property.

Optional extras:
Double bed sheets (if needed): €10 each
Horse boarding (unlimited hay, 2 stalls and a nearby paddock): €15 per horse per night.
