Located 10 minutes from Le Mans and its emblematic circuit, 2 hours from Paris by car and 1 hour by TGV, the Gîte du domaine de Toukalya, a charming residence, welcomes you to experience unforgettable stays with family, friends, colleagues in an exceptional environment on more than 17 hectares of meadows and woods, in direct connection with nature.
In this green setting, you can rest, recharge your batteries, let yourself be inspired by nature, practice a sporting activity, enjoy the swimming pool, work in peace.
You will be accommodated in a magnificent and spacious refined building of 300m2 of character, of excellent comfort, decorated with respect for the charm of nature, authenticity, and conviviality.
You will be able to share pleasant, warm moments around the large table in the dining room in front of the fireplace and for music lovers, strum a few notes to liven up beautiful evenings. You have a spacious, fully equipped kitchen to cook delicious dishes on the cooktop. A lounge with flat screen is at your disposal for film and sports sessions in a good atmosphere. Several spaces are designed to isolate yourself, read, rest and work. Upstairs, 6 pleasant spacious bedrooms for 2 to 3 people, with a direct view of nature, each equipped with a bathroom. 5 with Italian showers one with shower and bathtub. 3 bedrooms also have their own toilet. The bed is extremely comfortable. 2 bedrooms are equipped with a 160 bed and a single bed, two with a 160 bed and two with a 140 bed, one of which has a single bed. All rooms have an individual workspace.
The house is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, freezer and WIFI fiber optic connection.
You can enjoy meals, the mild weather, share a barbecue on the large south-facing outdoor terrace and enjoy the swimming pool.
The property is closed by an automatic gate. You can park your vehicles there in complete safety. The large park in front of the house is also enclosed to allow children to play in complete peace and quiet.
When you arrive, your beds will be prepared and bathroom linen will be provided. End of stay cleaning fee 120€ obligatory.
