You're also just 3km from the town center of Parentis-en-Born with its restaurants and market, and 17km from Biscarrosse Plage for surfing lessons. Ideal for a weekend getaway or longer with family or friends. This apartment includes an entrance hall with storage, a living room with a TV area (with free basic Wi-Fi) and a sofa bed (140cm) providing two sleeping spaces. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and a dining table for four. There is a shower room, a separate WC for added convenience, a large bedroom with a double bed (140cm), and a loggia with garden furniture for enjoying meals and sunny days. Private parking is available within the residence. You can park your car and, if you wish, walk to the lake to relax, go paddleboarding, enjoy the water park, or admire the sunset. You can also cycle to the town center to do your shopping or have a coffee on a terrace. A sunny holiday awaits!
