We exclusively offer you this charming house near the village of Paradou! This pretty house, completely renovated with great taste, is located just 5 minutes walk from the small village of Paradou in the heart of the Alpilles.
The ground floor is composed of a large living room with a beautiful fitted kitchen open to the living room, dining room, a bedroom with shower room, WC and dressing room, upstairs 1 bedroom with bathroom water and WC and 1 bedroom with bathroom and WC.
The south-facing terrace with garden furniture and a dining area in the shade of cane trees and vines will be ideal for your lunch and dinner with family or friends. The 8 x 3.5m swimming pool is secured by an alarm and is located on beautiful wooded grounds of 1,300m², without forgetting the essential pétanque court!

Concierge service during your stay

Sheets included, cleaning €250 - A lump sum may be withheld from the security deposit if the bins have not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared to the inventory of fixtures entrance and if there is a shortage of laundry.
