Independent cottage located in the heart of the countryside, 500m from a lake and 15km from Ancenis, in a complex of 3 cottages (total capacity 14 people). Direct access to the Green Way (a cycle path).

Private east-facing terrace and shared, unfenced garden of 2900m², with a pétanque court.

Available for shared use with the other cottages: a 60m² relaxation room with a spa and an unheated indoor swimming pool (4.5x9m - open from May to September).

Ground floor: living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (160x190cm bed) and shower room/WC.

Upstairs: open-plan bedroom area (140x190cm bed).

Amenities included: Wi-Fi, cot/high chair, Tassimo coffee machine, electric griddle.
Included: bed linen and towels.

Not included: electric heating, electricity, and end-of-stay cleaning. Pets are welcome free of charge.
Preferential rates are available when renting all the cottages.
