Incredible vacation home with pool located in Can Pastilla, Palma. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, large terraces, swimming pool and garage for 2 cars. It is located just 10 minutes walk from the beach on foot and 5 minutes by car from the airport. Ideal for spending family vacations! Air conditioning in all the bedrooms and lounge, high speed Internet (fiber optic) and barbecue. baby cot and high chair. There is smoke detectors for your safety.
Very close to the house, less than 5 minutes on foot, we find Purobeach (beach club by the sea).
You can take a bus from the airport (line A2) and the journey is very short, less than 20 minutes. Palma center is also accessible by bus and the journey takes about 15 minutes. Please, be aware that we will not accept reservations from groups under 23 years of age.
The ecotax is not included in the price and will be charged at € 2.2 per person per night (adults only).We invite our guests to make responsible use of electricity, which is why we include the first 150kw of consumption free of charge. Additional consumption will be charged at €0,2€ x kw/h.
