Incredible holiday home with swimming pool located in Can Pastilla, Palma. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, spacious terraces, swimming pool and garage for 2 cars. It is just 10 minutes walking from the beach and 5 minutes by car from the airport. Ideal for family holidays! Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, high-speed Internet (fibre optic) and barbecue. Cot and high chair. There are smoke detectors for your safety.

You can take a bus from the airport (line A2) and the journey is very short, less than 20 minutes. You can also reach the centre of Palma by bus and the journey takes about 15 minutes.
Please note that we will not accept bookings for groups under 23 years old.

The eco-tax is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.2 per person per night (adults only).

No parties or loud music are allowed, especially at night. Let's respect the other neighbours.

Can Pastilla has a pleasant seafront promenade that runs along the coast, ideal for peaceful walks by the sea and enjoying panoramic views.
The area offers a wide variety of restaurants, bars and cafés where you can enjoy delicious local cuisine and international dishes. Do not miss the opportunity to try typical Mallorcan dishes, such as frito mallorquín, tumbet or ensaimada.
Can Pastilla is a quiet residential area, but if you are looking for nightlife options, we recommend going to Playa de Palma and El Arenal, where there are bars and discos where you can enjoy live music and a festive atmosphere.
In Can Pastilla, we recommend going to Purobeach, a fantastic beach club by the sea.
