Beautiful single storey villa 75m² facing south 400m from the beach with garage and parking spaces. Equipped for 7 people, it consists of an entrance, a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed, opening onto a terrace with awning with a garden area, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with bunk beds and a 90 cm bed, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, terrace and garden view, a bathroom (walk-in shower) and a separate toilet.
Rental of towels and sheets on request payment on site, optional cleaning fee.
Pets not allowed.

Most: TV, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, a large garden with terrace, and a garage and parking spaces.
