Independent cottage 1.5 hours from Paris in a quiet and relaxing village. Ground floor: Open-plan equipped kitchen, living room with lounge area, and dining area. 1 bedroom with shower room and toilet (two single beds (90x190cm) accessible to people with reduced mobility).

On the 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, one with a shower room (two single beds (90x190cm)) and 2 bedrooms each with two double beds (140x190cm). 1 bathroom. 1 separate toilet. No Wi-Fi, but the shared connection works very well.
Full baby equipment: baby bed, high chair.

Unfenced grounds, outside terrace with garden furniture, covered shelter, swing set. Pets not allowed.

20 km from Sens, for visiting the city and its Cathedral, the Museums of Sens and the Cathedral Treasure, and the Château des Condés in Vallery. And the Camille Claudel Museum in Nogent-sur-Seine, about 22 km away. International karting is 10 km away in Soucy. 10 km from Gisy-les-Nobles airfield, the Senon glider center.

The cottage is 50 km from the first Champagne vineyards, 60 km from Fontainebleau, and 35 km from the medieval town of Provins.

During your stay, you will be asked for a civil liability certificate in the name of the reservation contract. A €1,000 security deposit is required.

The cottage is not suitable for vehicles such as camper vans (including camping equipment) or construction trucks.
