First floor: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 3 single beds, one with a pull-out bed), shower room with WC. Tumble dryer, baby equipment.
Shaded pergola with garden furniture and barbecue. 3 bicycles available. Wi-Fi.
Mobile shops. Table tennis, children's foosball, badminton net with 4 rackets.
The cottage is close to the Burgundy Canal with its cycle route, the vineyards of Chablis and Tonnerrois, and the Renaissance castles of Tanlay and Ancy-le-Franc.
Maximum 2 pets allowed.
Utilities and options: Bed linen (1 person): €7. Double bed linen: €14. Towels per person: €5. End-of-stay cleaning included.
Electric heating is extra (8 kWh included/day). Firewood: €5/stere on weekends, €10/stere per week.
