Our cottage, located in Ouzouer-sur-Loire, boasts a prime location between the Loire River and the Orléans Forest.

The Maison forestière (Forest House), located at the crossroads of the Resistance, is a major historical site during the Second World War. Tours and educational events are organized there. The Ravoir Pond is a unique site, home to the Osprey Nature Reserve, with its nests and observatory. Ouzouer-sur-Loire offers walkers numerous hiking, horseback riding, and cycling trails, as well as a fitness trail.

The cottage is just 200 m from a supermarket, 500 m from the Cosson pond, 3 km from Dampierre-en-Burly (castle), 7 km from a water park (with aqua-fun beach, Splash pad, and Pentaglis, etc.), 10 km from Sully-sur-Loire and its castle, and 15 km from Gien and its castle. This 116 m² house sleeps 8/10 people. The ground floor includes a living room with a sofa bed, a dining room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a separate toilet, a laundry room, and a closed garage.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, 3 of which each have a queen-size bed and 1 with two 90 x 200 cm beds, a bathroom, and a shower room with toilet.

Pleasant 800 m² garden with a relaxation lounge.

Rate includes: heating (15 kWh included per day; any excess will be payable on site to the hosts), sheets provided and beds made upon arrival, and towels included. Optional extra: End-of-stay cleaning at €60. The cottage is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
