Located 2.5 hours from Paris and Lyon, in the heart of the Morvan Regional Natural Park and the Morvan Great Lakes region, between Pannecière and Les Settons. This cozy and comfortable cottage for two people is attached to the owner's house. There is a large shared enclosed garden with a private section (garden furniture and barbecue). The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen, and three steps lead to the stairwell and laundry room (washing machine and dryer). Upstairs, a very large room includes a bedroom area (one 160x200 cm bed), a desk with a mini stereo system, a lounge area (sofa, TV, tourist information, and board games), a separate toilet, and a bathroom with a large multi-jet shower.
Close to hiking trails, Lake Pannecière, and Lake Les Settons for water sports.
The cottage is all-inclusive: heating and electricity, bed linen, towels, kitchen linen, and cleaning. One pet maximum allowed (€30/stay). Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
