On the ground floor: a cozy living room with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, reading corner, stereo system, and wood-burning stove (free firewood), opening onto a terrace (40 m²) and a kitchen/dining room. On the first floor: 3 bedrooms (each with two single beds 90x200 or 80x200 that can be joined upon request, as well as a cot), a shower room with shower and toilet, and a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. Fiber optic internet. Opposite the cottage, a private garden with sun loungers and a hammock. This eco-friendly cottage is located in the heart of the Morvan Regional Natural Park in the Haut Morvan region, between Lac des Settons and Lac de Pannecière, offering a nature getaway with hiking (GR de Pays trails), mountain biking, fishing, and whitewater sports. This restored former Morvan farmhouse, now a rural gîte, is ideal for relaxation and a change of scenery!

After the toll, go straight on the N146 for 2 km and turn left on the N6 towards Saulieu. Follow the N6 for 2.5 km. After the petrol station, take the D60A on the right towards Cussy-les-Forges for 0.4 km. Take the first road on the right, the D33, towards Parc du Morvan / Quarré-les-Tombes for 8.6 km. Then take the D10 on the left towards Parc du Morvan / Quarré-les-Tombes for 12.5 km. Cross Quarré-les-Tombes and continue on the D10 towards Montsauche les Settons. Take the D211 on the right and follow the direction of Dun-les-Places / Lac des Settons. 4.4 km after the D211 becomes the D6 in a big right turn, near the restaurant / campsite Le Chalet du Montal. Continue straight towards Montsauche les Settons. You are now on the D236 Continue on the D236 for 6.3 km and take the D977bis on your right. Continue on the D977bis for 9.4 km. Cross the village of Montsauche and 6 km you are in Boulard. Take the first street on the right at the calvary and 100m further you will find our house with the Gîte de France sign.
