Townhouse in the heart of Orléans, an 8-minute walk from Place du Martroi, 9 minutes from the Museum of Fine Arts, 15 minutes from Orléans train station, and just 100 meters from the Loire River. Restaurants, shops, and stores are within easy walking distance! A bowling alley and Pathé cinema are just a 2-minute walk away. You can also enjoy the spa at the Empreinte Hotel, less than 200 meters away.

A parking pass for one car (under 1.80 meters high) is provided for the secure parking lot 100 meters away, for stays of 4 nights or more (additional passes are €40 each; please request them in advance from the owner). The townhouse features, on the ground floor, a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a bunk bed (90 cm), as well as a foosball table, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, and a separate toilet with a sink.

On the first floor, there is a dining room and fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a living room, and a shower room with a toilet.

On the second floor, there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), a bedroom with two bunk beds, a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), and a shower room with a toilet.
