The Gîte du Verger is located in the heart of the Morvan Regional Natural Park. This detached house is situated in a small Morvan village and features a partially enclosed garden, a pergola, and an orchard. On the raised ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa bed for two, a TV, and a wood-burning stove; a fully equipped kitchen; two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and direct access to a small terrace, and the other with two single beds (90x190 cm); a bathroom (with a large shower); and a separate toilet.

The gîte includes: bed linen provided with beds made upon arrival, towels provided, free firewood for the wood-burning stove, and cleaning included.

Shops in Moulins-Engilbert (8 km), restaurant 100 meters from the gîte, thermal spa (Rheumatology, Respiratory) in Saint-Honoré-les-Bains (9 km), [hidden]

It is located in a very peaceful area with numerous tourist attractions (Bibracte and Mont Beuvray, Sources of the Yonne, Glux-en-Glenne, Haut-Folin massif). The area is ideal for hikers, cyclists, motorcyclists, and anglers. The Nivernais Canal, Lac des Settons, and Lac de Pannecière will appeal to visitors of all ages.
