Just a short walk from the center of Nuits-Saint-Georges, a village with all amenities and renowned for its wine, the "La Maison d'à côté" gîte offers: on the ground floor: a modern, fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine) opening onto a living/dining room, TV, Wi-Fi, and a laundry room. On the intermediate level: a home office with a desk, a small reading nook, and direct access to a covered wooden terrace with a lounge area, garden furniture, a griddle, darts, and a 200 m² enclosed garden. There is also a shower room and a separate toilet. On the first floor: three attic bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm), and a shower room with a toilet. Parking is available for one car in front of the gîte. An electric vehicle charging point (reinforced socket) is also available. Easy and free street parking is available nearby. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request.
