Unfenced garden (1000 m²) with a terrace. Swings, table tennis, sandpit, and pétanque court are available. Walks in the property's wooded area.
Ground floor: living room with separate fitted kitchen, utility room, and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1st: 1 queen-size bed, 2nd: 1 double bed, 3rd: 2 single beds), shower room/toilet.
