Description of the accommodation

Gîte of 80 m² on ground floor + upper floor with living room with wood stove, kitchen area (equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer etc.), lounge, one bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bedroom with two 90 cm beds. Electric or wood heating (1/2 stere of wood: €35). Optional sheet rental, free wifi. Upstairs bathroom equipped with a shower cabin, a washing machine, a dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outdoor spaces: enclosed grounds of 650 m², a 20 m² west-facing terrace with awning, a courtyard and a children's swing. Gite in the countryside, near the owners' house, equipped with a west side terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, offers a panorama of the Madeleine mountains, with land of 650 m2 with trees and flowers. Children's games (swing, sandbox, etc.) are available. The calm and rural setting encourages rest, while being 10 minutes from all the city's amenities.
