This 43 m² holiday flat on the ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, a first bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom (less than 9 m²) with two single bunk beds (NB: the top bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years old), a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a bathroom with shower and a toilet.

The apartment is located approximately 20 metres from the shops and village centre of Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe. The slopes are about 300 metres away, as is the ESF ski school in Le Reguet.

You will have access to an outdoor car park reserved for the residence, as well as a storage area in the entrance for your ski equipment.

End-of-stay cleaning and bed linen and towels are not included.
