30 km from Nantes and 2 km from the Nantes-Brest canal, in a quiet area, this old independent barn, rehabilitated in 2015, combines modern comfort and authenticity.
Large terrace to the south and private enclosed garden of 1800 m² with portico, badminton, bowling green, on a 1 hectare park with private pond of 2500 m² (fishing possible). Wooden garden shed.
Ground floor: large living room/living room, separate fitted kitchen, 1 PMR accessible bedroom (160x200 bed) with private shower room/WC and separate WC.
Floor: mezzanine with games for children, 2 bedrooms (5 90x200 beds), bathroom, separate WC.
Additional equipment: tumble dryer, wifi, stereo, baby bed and booster seat.
