It features a shaded terrace (west-facing) and an enclosed garden of 847 m². Private parking is available on the property.

Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto a living/dining room with a fireplace (two steps to access the living room), two adjoining bedrooms (1: two single beds 80x190 cm that can be joined together, 2: two single beds 90x190 cm that can be joined together), a large bathroom with two separate showers and a toilet, and a third bedroom (two single beds 90x190 cm that can be joined together) with an en-suite shower room/toilet.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90x190cm that can be joined together + 1 single bed 90x200cm) and 1 dormitory bedroom (4 single beds 90x200cm + 2 bunk beds 90x190cm), shower room and separate WC.

Amenities included: Wi-Fi, cot/high chair, outdoor wooden games. Free washing machine service available upon request to the owners.

Included: electricity and oil heating.

Not included: bed linen (€5/person), towels (€2 per bath towel/person), firewood, end-of-stay cleaning (€100 - mandatory for business travelers) and tourist tax.
