South-facing terrace and unfenced garden of 150 m², with access to the shared 5000 m² orchard (swings and boules pitch installed in spring 2024).
Ground floor: living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (queen-size bed), shower room, separate toilet, and laundry room.
Upstairs: 2 attic bedrooms (each with two single beds).
Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, baby crib on request, hairdryer.
Included: electricity, pellet heating, and linens (beds made upon arrival). Not included: Towels (€7/person) and tourist tax.
