Nolay is a charming little medieval village located in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune.
Situated on a quiet street, you will stay in a two-story village house, completely renovated by Damien and tastefully decorated.

On the ground floor, there is a large, bright, and comfortable 50 m² living room with a flat-screen TV. There is also an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, an adjoining utility room with a washing machine, and a separate toilet.
The upper floor is accessed via a beautiful, contemporary staircase, which is not secured on one side. There is a child safety gate at the top of the stairs. A hallway leads to a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and three bedrooms.

One bedroom can accommodate three people with a double bed (140x200 cm) and a single bed (90x200 cm). A second bedroom has two single beds (90x200 cm), and a third has a double bed (140x200 cm).

A small, enclosed courtyard, secluded from view, is located at the rear of the house and features a terrace, outdoor furniture, and a barbecue.

This all-inclusive cottage includes beds made upon arrival, towels, linens, heating, electricity, and end-of-stay cleaning.
Pets are welcome: a mandatory cleaning fee of €30 applies.

This cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Ideally located 60 km from Dijon and 18 km from Beaune and its Hospices, this green holiday resort, near the Dijon Grands Crus wine route, has everything to offer: winery tours and tastings nearby, hiking trails, a greenway, a lake, cliffs, and more. Santenay (spa town and casino) is 9 km away. Cultural discoveries are also plentiful and varied, with Autun and its Gallo-Roman past, Le Creusot and its industrial history, and the châteaux of Pommard, Couches, Sully, and others. All shops are available in the village.
