Ground floor: large entrance, very bright living-dining room with open fitted kitchen, one bedroom with 1 bed 160 and private shower room and WC. Wine cellar. Upstairs: mezzanine with sofa bed occasionally offering 2 additional beds at no extra charge. 2 bedrooms: one with 1 bed 160 and the other with 3 twin beds 90. Bathroom and separate WC. Outside: sheltered terrace, large private enclosed garden of 1200 m² with children's games. Bicycle storage, in the old bread oven, with 7 adult bicycles available free of charge. Enclosed parking. Beds ready upon arrival, water/electricity included. Upon request: cleaning package, towels, baby travel cot and mattress, high chair, and baby bouncer. A tour of the farm and a free tasting in the cellar are available during your stay.

Dijon, the capital of the Dukes, is 60 km away, accessible via the Route des Grands Crus, which is celebrating its 80th anniversary, or via the beautiful Ouche Valley along the Burgundy Canal. In Nolay, you'll have the opportunity to explore numerous hiking trails, including a GR (long-distance hiking trail), the 150 climbing routes of the Cormot cliffs, and the greenway from Nolay to Santenay (13.5 km).
