Standard single-story terraced house in a residential area - Quiet area - Approximately 42 m² - Sleeps 2/4, comprising a living room with sitting area - Equipped and furnished kitchenette - One bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a chest of drawers & a small children's bedroom with two single bunk beds (90 cm) and a wardrobe. Shower room with toilet. Washing machine, mini dishwasher & microwave, mini oven, ceramic hob & small flat-screen TV. Two enclosed courtyards with terrace & garden furniture - Beach access via the residence - Private outdoor parking space for one car (number 3, middle) - Optional cleaning service: €80.

On the island of Noirmoutier, you can go at low tide to the Gois passage. Fish for clams and cockles. Taste all the seafood, fish and the famous new potato, the "Bonnotte" depending on the season. Several pine and holm oak forests are located in 3 places on the island by the sea. In Barbatre and La Guérinière, pine forests and the holm oak forest in the north of the island, Plage des Dames, at Bois de la Chaize.
Enjoy the Aquatic Park with your family. You can also relax on our beautiful sandy beaches, take long bike rides on our many cycle paths. And, if you want to get off the island and spend a day in one of the big cities in France, Nantes is 1 hour away.
