This 70 m² single-story cottage features a living room with a sitting area, a wood-burning stove, and a fully equipped kitchen. It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Electric heating and free wood-burning stove are provided. Parking is available. Located 15 km from Roanne, this cottage is easily accessible and situated in the countryside. It is adjacent to a larger 15-person cottage, which can be rented together or separately. The cottage has a private, enclosed 200 m² garden with a lawn and terrace, accessible directly from the living room. We have created a high-quality interior, respecting the local architecture: exposed stone, wood, and lime plaster. The cottage has no stairs. If you're looking for nature, you've come to the right place in the heart of the countryside, surrounded by birdsong. If you enjoy hiking, trails start right from the cottage (many marked trail maps are available). The Roanne coast is nearby with its vineyards and charming villages: St Haon le Vieux, Ambière, St Jean, St Maurice. For a day of leisure, Lake Villerest is close by, and for a lovely walk, the Renaison dams are worth a visit. The Forez region also boasts many pretty villages: Néronde, Pouilly les Feurs, Pommiers, etc. A binder in the cottage lists all the outings you can enjoy to discover our beautiful region, still far from the noise of big cities, and we are at your disposal.
