Between Perche and Mont-Saint-Michel, in the heart of the Normandy-Maine regional natural park and 10 minutes from the spa resort of Bagnoles de l'Orne, this easily accessible gîte, completely renovated with care, welcomes you in an environment natural quality.
The cottage is equipped with WIFI and a TV. Ideal for a two-night business stopover or a family stay. The proximity and welcome of the owners are a plus for this spacious, perfectly equipped gîte which is located in a farmhouse.
The furnished terrace and its view of the countryside will allow you to enjoy the sun's rays.
Professional stay: 3 adults maximum - obligatory cleaning fee €60 per stay of 1 to 14 nights to be paid upon entry to the premises if not paid at the time of booking.

*Possible adjustment based on reservations before and after yours, in agreement with the owner a few days before your arrival. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed; 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom, separate toilet - Possibility of adding a bed with a BZ for 2 people (15€/person/night)
Electric heating, to be paid on meter reading, to the owner upon leaving the premises.
Terrace and garden.
Included: beds made - 20€ electricity/week.
Option: cleaning €60/stay from 1 to 14 nights (compulsory for professionals to be paid upon entry to the premises). Electricity according to the meter reading, beyond 8kwh to be paid upon leaving the premises. On request 2 additional people max (15€/person/night).
Wifi: reception between 5 and 21 Mb/s - sending between 4 and 22Mb/s depending on the parts (non-contractual information).
