Description of the accommodation

A villa with peace and quiet…
In the countryside north of Nerja, we discovered this lovely villa set in a
quiet and sunny location. Set amidst an avocado fields and olive groves, this
lovely villa provides a peaceful country retreat offering splendid views along
the surroundings.

Location and outside area
The villa is located somewhat northwest of Nerja (5.9 km) and can be reached
by a 1.4 km long concrete track with a few sharp curves, passing through lush
vegetation and a small river bed right before arriving. The last 300m is an
unsurfaced road with some pumps (normal cars can drive without problem but
should be careful).
Nerja offers splendid beaches, a vast array of facilities and a humming
nightlife. There are also beach bars and restaurants opened all year round. For
shopping, you can also make a stop at the charming whitewashed village of
Frigiliana (3 km), where you will find supermarkets, good restaurants and tapas
bars. This area is a walkers' paradise. If you prefer driving, then the pretty
white villages of the Axarquia region, the historic caves of Maro and the
Alhambra Palace in Granada are just some of the excursions to be enjoyed.
Sun loungers await at the terrace that surrounds the pool (7 x 4m and 1.5m -
1.8m deep). For a lazy siesta, you can take shelter from the midday sun under
the covered veranda terrace, which is also a perfect setting to enjoy an
alfresco meal a barbecue is provided. You will enjoy wonderful views across the
mountains and the surrounding countryside.

Inside and lay-out
The interior of the villa is tastefully furnished and decorated, providing a
good level of comfort. The villa has all rooms on one floor. From the veranda,
there is an access to the living/dining room where you will find 2 sofas, open
fireplace, satellite-TV and dining facilities for 6. The kitchen is well
equipped with a fridge/freezer, a 4 ringed vitro hob, microwave, oven, washing
machine, dishwasher and all kinds of utensils. There are 2 double bedrooms and
one twin. One of the double bedrooms has a ensuite bathroom, while the other
bedrooms share a shower room.
