Looking for a villa at just a few steps from all facilities and a short stroll to the beach? This wonderful townhouse is situated in Calle Mendez Nuñez, in the heart of Nerja. This 3 bedroom town house has unique and classic furnishings and decor, giving a traditional taste of Andalucia. Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating in the lounge and bedrooms are included.



Location and outside area

No need for a rental car, as you are only a few minutes’ walk away from Nerjas' playa Calahonda and the many tapas bars, restaurants and shops in central Nerja. Due to the high demand for street parking space on this central location, we suggest arriving by taxi. Those who wish to visit the beautiful Andalusian cities can either take public transport from the nearby bus station in the Avenida de Pescia (at 200m) or a guided tour. Behind the façade of a traditional Spanish townhouse, you’ll find a spacious accommodation – from the Calle Mendez Nuñez, steps lead up to the front door which opens into the classic styled lounge/dining area. On the rear you’ll find a relaxing terrace area with a brick BBQ and a table and chairs to enjoy alfresco dining, overlooking the private swimming pool (3x5m, deep 1.5m). On the upper floor, the ample roof terrace offers another option for sun addicts to relax and soak up the sun.



Inside and lay-out

On the ground floor, there is a comfortable seating area and a table and chairs with a flat screen TV with satellite TV (with BBC and ITV) and blue tooth speaker. The kitchen is located towards the rear of the villa and fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Patio doors from the kitchen open onto a small raised terrace with steps down to the private swimming pool. There’s 1 shower room on the ground floor.

The bedrooms are all on the first floor, consisting of 1 master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a seating area which overlooks the pool below. In addition, there are also 2 twin bedrooms which share an adjacent large bathroom with a corner bath.

On the lower level, there’s an attractive living space with beamed ceilings, a feature fireplace, a second dining table and chairs plus breakfast bar with stools and kitchenette area. This is a great spot for entertaining your party. There is also a WC on the lower level.
