The San Juan de Capistrano Urbanization is a well-known residential area in Nerja, located at the foot of the Sierra Tejeda-Almijara natural park. It consists of approximately 500 homes of different sizes and types, and was designed as a reproduction of a typical Mediterranean white village, with wide avenues, well-maintained green areas, narrow streets full of flowers, and Andalusian atmosphere. It features a large community swimming pool for adults and a children's pool. Next to the pool, there is a spacious green area where you can rent sun loungers or eat something at any of the different snack bars in the pool area. It also has a supermarket just a few meters away and a large restaurant that only serves groups.
