On the ground floor, you will enter through a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, oven, and microwave, opening onto the living/dining room with a sofa, television, and Wi-Fi. You will have three bedrooms: a first bedroom with two 90x190 cm beds, including one bunk bed, a second bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed, and a third bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed. A shower room. Separate toilet. Central heating.

Shared chlorine pool (5x10m, depth 0.95m to 1.55m, open from late April to November, covered, with a safety gate and barrier).

You can visit our châteaux (Les Milandes, Beynac, etc.) as well as our numerous caves. You'll enjoy the summer events: farmers' and gourmet markets, traditional threshing festivals, and much more. You can hike along the marked trails, swim in the Dordogne River, and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
On our property, enjoy a panoramic view of the beautiful fortified town of Beaumont du Périgord. This gîte has been restored in the Périgord style.
Your children will love participating in farm life with dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, and sheep.
