A very pleasant holiday home by the sea in Narbonne Plage, located in a residential area, 300 meters from the beaches. On the first floor, it comprises a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a living room with a sofa and television (subject to good reception), a shower room with toilet and washing machine, and a 30m² terrace.

On the second floor, there is a bedroom with three single beds (3 x 90cm) and a bedroom with a double bed (1 x 160cm), and a shower room with toilet.
